RECOMMENDATIONS
Note: If your ship was within the Territorial Sea you should be able to use a VSO, if you get push back find another VSO or consider an attorney with some knowledge of the subject. If your ship is more than 12 nautical miles from land get a good attorney. Vet them. Make sure they know about Procopio and do they know how to plot. Do they understand that the various treaties allow a nation to claim territorial sea up to 12 nautical miles from the baseline and that Vietnam does that. Naval surface warfare experience is a plus but in some cases not necessary. In addition to ourselves, We would not recommend that you agree to a fee of more than 20% of BACK BENEFITS.
