To Request a Deck Logs make sure you write the Ship Name and the Dates, then click on the Ship Name. It will take you to the Request Form.
NOTE: This is not an official list from the VA. This is a List we have put together where we check to see if the Ship was with the Territorial Sea. THE DECK LOG YOU RECEIVE MAY BE FROM ANOTHER SHIP, THESE CAN BE USED TO PROVE YOUR SHIPS WAS IN THE TERRITORIAL SEA. Some of these have been put on the list after I did a Dead Reckoning on them. This list now will include ships that were on Naval Gunfire Support Missions in South Vietnam. This list is subject to updates (adds/subtractions).
You can do a Search by typing ctrl f and entering the name of the ship. It will then take you to it.
